Malapascua
Surrounded by pure white sandy beaches, Malapascua is located just off the north tip of Cebu. A tiny island only 2km in width, Malapascua is still unspoiled from tourism and is ideal for a nice quiet getaway, at the same time enjoying the large pelagics like Manta rays in the many dive sites around. Malapascua is known for being one of the best shark diving locations in the world. The variety of sharks that you'll probably run into are the Hammerhead sharks, White tip sharks and even the famous Thresher sharks.
Although there may be a few storms occuring in November and December, Malapascua is relatively protected and therefore is open for diving all year round.
