Joel is also known as Ah mao or Hairymonster. Because he got a lot of hair! That alone makes him really manly! Having been around with Gill and us for just about everything, He is no stranger to the world of scuba diving having made his diving debut at the age of 14.
Joel is an approachable instructor, displaying great patience with even the most trying students. His deep driven passion for diving makes Joel look forward to teaching and sharing the amazing wonders of the underwater world to divers of new and old. When you dive with him, he makes sure that the dives are conducted professionally without forgetting the importance of learning, relaxation and F-U-N...F-U-N...F-U-N!!!
By the way, don't you dare disturb any of the marine life that you see or he will rub your face in his hairy chest. This is how he loves the environment as much as scuba diving!
