Cancellation/Postponement Policy

Dive Courses

In the event that you wish to make a cancellation with regards to your course booking, the following terms apply:

Initial deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation with 8 - 14 days notice - 50% of total fee

Cancellation with 7 days notice or less - no refund

In the event that you wish to make a postponement with regards to your course booking, the following terms apply:

Theory session

Postponement with 3 days notice - No surcharge

Postponement with 2 days notice or less - $40 surcharge

Pool session

Postponement with 3 days notice - $30 surcharge

Postponement with 2 days notice or less - $60 surcharge

Students who arrived late (after in-water session has commenced) or did not show up will require to reschedule another Pool Session. Additional Pool Session charges will apply accordingly.

Overseas trip

Postponement with 8 -14 days notice - No surcharge

Postponement with 4 - 7 days notice or less - $80 surcharge

Postponement with 3 days notice or less - $310 surcharge

Dive Travel

All Dive Travel packages are non-refundable after bookings have been placed.
