After saving up enough money and waiting for the longest time to find someone (Letticia, who is also DMT now) who was willing to take up the open water course with me, I finally picked up diving slightly more than a year ago, and it was pretty much everything I dreamed off.
Reason why I like diving is because I’ve always been very intrigued by marine life and what lies beyond the vast oceans. I choose diving because it is probably the only sport that makes me feel like I can expect the unexpected when I plunge into the deep blue. There is always an adrenaline rush just thinking about what I could possibly get to see when I’m underwater.
My aim as a DM is to not only share a piece of what I love in the underwater world, but also to continuously improve my diving skills. At the same time, I think it is a great opportunity to get to meet people who share the same interest so that we can continue learning and spreading what we adore most.
